Skim Milk: Residence in Monaco by Federico Delrosso

This residence in Monaco is a up to date interior completed by Federico Delrosso. The focus of this interior is toaccommodatedifferent generations of inhabitants. The steps became a major focus as a way to connect the 3 levels, which have been separate apartments existing inside the building.

The first floor was developed for the youngsters, while the second one floor was targeted toward the fogeys, and the third for all the family. The architects described the development as a reverse vertical development, with the doorway at the top floor, and the personal spaces within the lower areas.

I love the gray oak used in the course of the home to advertise a way of warm ambiance and a natural appearance. The loft like structure also adds character to the minimalist interior. Zebrano was used within the space for the furniture, doors, and partitions.

The Shorter Residence by Pb Elemental Architecture

The Shorter Residence, located in Wenatchee, WA, by Pb Elemental Architecture is basically an addition to a 1906 apple orchard farm house.

The original farm house had already been renovated in a latest, minimalist style so the addition — comprising a main bedroom and lounge — had to match that very same style. Designed to be a refuge for the couple and their newborn, the master bedroom has a comfy fireplace and a balcony with beautiful views. The outside materials include corten standing seam, polycarbonate, cement fiber panels and cedar rainscreen siding.
