Charming Gothenburg Apartment With Sophisticated Design Details
This Gothenburg apartment within the Linnstaden area seems so bright and cheery, that every glimpse of vivid colour fills the gap with joy. The 50 square metres are divided right into a bedroom, a toilet, a hallway, a kitchen and a bright lounge. High ceilings and sunshine meet to shape the semblance of a big, bright space. Located at the third floor of a 5-storey building, the recently renovated apartment features 1920s oak parquet flooring and stucco walls. Just outside the apartment, a huge common balcony overlooking the park offers refreshing views from the third floor. The hallway feels welcoming and contours multiple storage spaces: hooks for coats, an outsized and modern white handle-free closet or a preserved typical wardrobe hidden behind a door. The bedroom is huge enough to deal with a double bed and a wardrobe and sufficiently small to be cosy. a completely equipped kitchen featuring multiple work surfaces and storage options welcomes guests on the table for a house cooked meal. In case you’re planning on identifying more about this place, have a look at Alvhem’s site.
House in Pregarten by Architekturwerkstatt Haderer
This home located in Pregarten by Architekturwerkstatt Haderer is full of such a lot light and open living spaces that you just’d think it was an outside pavilion. Feels like it could was influenced by The Farnsworth house or the Philip Johnson Glass House.

Olinda Tea House by Smith + Tracey Architects
The Olinda Tea House by Smith + Tracey Architects in Olinda, Australia, was created for the owners of a 17-acre wholesale flower and foliage farm. They wanted to create a tea house to meet a retirement dream. Previously at the site, they’d a small tea room and nursery but wished for something more dramatic. This new modern pavilion style building with butterfly roof permits a big tranquil, light-filled space.
