Affordable and flexible Sommerhaus Piu Prefab Vacation Home

The collaboration between German industrial designers Patrick Frey and Bjrn Gtte resulted in the development of this small but comfortable vacation house named Sommerhaus Piu Prefab Vacation Home. The affordable house can act as a holiday home, a weekend retreat or perhaps a year-round home for people with a small budget. The cabin home displays a latest design that stands proud in the course of nature with its slightly pitched roof and colour duality. Covered in horizontal wood planks, the prefabricated house was designed to give its inhabitants both comfortable interior spaces and outdoor relaxation facilities. A porch painted in a darker colour defines the perimeters of the home – this darker accent spreads to the roof and margins of the cabin, making a contemporary appearance. The roof shapes a veranda that wraps round the house and shades portion of the building. Floor-to-ceiling windows leave the living zone exposed to the environment, while the personal room within the back is protected by the walls. This vacation home is perfect if you happen to must be surrounded by nature and rest in an easy, modern and flexible cabin.

Located in Australia, this contemporary home by Vibe Design Group has an exterior that was inspired by 60s and 70s stereo cabinets.

The house sits atop steel posts paying homage to stereo cabinet legs and featuring vertical slats that evoke the sensation of speaker casing. i like the glowing pool, transparent railings, and feeling of privacy and openness while.

Habla is a brand new shelving system designed by Ana Yago of Valencian design firm Sanserif Creatius. Not just is it functional, but you’re able to create multiple dialogies between your knick-knacks, books and other doo-dads simply by placing them in various Habla speech bubble shelves.

PostHeaderIcon Architectural Hybrid in Estonia: Tartu Rebase Street

Architectural Hybrid in Estonia: Tartu Rebase Street Tartu Rebase Street was designed by Atelier Thomas Pucher. Created as a housing estate, the flexible concept located in Tartu, Estonia features 444 apartments. By building penthouses on top of one another, the architects managed to make two worlds collide: the low-cost apartment life and the posh villa lifestyle, with wide access to personal outdoor spaces. Excluding the parking facilities, the project’s total built surface reaches 29.200 square meters. The urban equivalent of villa living, the Tartu Rebase Street project contains a compact space, organized into zones: the center element of each building includes a spiral staircase with apartments organized around it. There are two rings of space: the interior ring with reference to the lobby and the outer ring living zone oriented outwards to the panoramas. That permits the interior service ring to contain rooms like entrances, wardrobes, toilets, bathrooms and saunas, or kitchens – that protect the living zones within the outer ring from the noise of the lobby. The flexible floor plan allows inhabitants to create personalized interiors that may last as long as generations. Do you want to live in such an architectural hybrid?
